Brussels-listed Care Property Invest, an investor in high quality healthcare real estate for elderly and disabled people in Europe, has completed two development projects from its Dutch care property portfolio, accounting for a total investment value of €12.8m (US$13.6m) and an additional capacity of 28 residential units.
On March 28, 2024, Care Property Invest delivered the ‘Wolfsbergen’ redevelopment project. The building is the former town hall of ‘s-Graveland, an affluent village in the province of North Holland. The project features 23 care flats and has a total investment value of around €11.2m.
