For the second year in a row, real estate firm Adler Group has been fined €30,000 by Luxembourg’s financial regulator for failing to publish an audited annual report.
The fine was issued on Thursday and details were published on Friday on the website of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
The company now has three months to decide whether to lodge an appeal against the sanction at the country’s Administrative Court.
Adler Group did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the Luxembourg Times.
