April 15 (SeeNews) – Belgium’s real estate developers Baltisse and Straco said on Monday that they acquired a majority stake in Romania-based peer Speedwell, thus entering the local market.
“This strategic move solidifies Baltisse and Straco’s commitment to expanding their presence in Eastern Europe,”, the companies said in a joint statement.
