The Belgian province of Luxembourg, which borders the Grand Duchy, experienced the biggest drop in the price of houses in Wallonia in the first half of 2024, according to the latest real estate barometer from the Belgian federation of notaries, Fednot.
House prices in Wallonia fell by 4% on average, and by 5.3% in the province of Luxembourg. The average house in the province cost €254,370 in the first half of 2024.
The average price of flats in the province of Luxembourg fell by 0.7%, to €222,982.
