Starting next week, Luxembourg citizens holding ordinary passports will be able visit China for up to 15 days without a visa, the Chinese embassy in Luxembourg announced Thursday.
The exemption, which will run from 14 March until 30 November as an experiment, is meant to highlight the “friendly relations” between Luxembourg and China and promote Sino-Luxembourgish economic and cultural exchanges. The first direct flight between Luxembourg and China, operated by China Southern Airlines, became operational in December.
