Yann Hilpert has joined Maples Group as a partner and co-head of its finance practice.
Hilpert specialises in leveraged finance, secured lending transactions, fund finance, debt capital market, securitisation and asset finance.
Hilpert will work together with co-head Arnaud Arrecgros to expand the firm’s Luxembourg finance practice.
Before joining the Maples Group, Hilpert worked in AKD Luxembourg as banking and finance partner.
